I am noooooooo good at editing. Does anyone know of a good, free photo editing program that you don't have to be really good at editing to use (if that makes sense)?

Photo programs other than GIMP and picknik.com are what I need to hear about. I already use the two listed. I need new suggestions! Or I could just use tips on how to make my photos look really great using those programs because I am NOT paying for Photoshop because I have no money! :)

So help please!
